Our Partner Highlight of the Month:

BluAcres, LLC specializes in the restoration of wetlands, streams and wildlife habitat. They are committed to provide the highest level of technical assistance possible through comprehensive packages of design and implementation services to develop wetlands, streams, and high-quality wildlife habitat for mitigation, conservation, and improved hunting and fishing opportunities. BluAcres was founded in November 2007 by Christopher R. Clouser as an opportunity to provide agencies that had a strong natural resource vision with the technical services needed to design, implement, and maintain high quality wetland, stream, and wildlife habitat to serve their agencies directives.

A drone is flown overtop of the wetland restoration project at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Steuben County, NY. This TFT project, partnered with NRCS was completed with the help of BluAcres technical services, including design, construction oversight, final inspections and surveying.

Mr. Clouser has continually worked with his unique combination of Biology and Engineering skills to design, implement, and maintain wetlands, streams, and wildlife habitat with the USDA – Natural Resources Conservation Service, County Conservation Districts, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, and numerous state wildlife and regulatory agencies and for-profit and non-profit conservation agencies in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.

BluAcres has been a vital component of our success in planning, designing, and restoring wetlands throughout our focus areas. Their commitment to delivering high-quality services has made them a trusted partner that we have depended upon since the inception of our organization, and we look forward to continuing that relationship into the future.” ~ April Temple, TFT Executive Director
